Connie is a retired Intelligence Officer with the US Army and the Department of Defense with over 36 years devoted to her career. She received numerous awards for her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness and ability to think outside the box. Connie brings strong project management and analytical skills that allow her to engage in large-scale and complex projects with the same attention to detail and persistence that contributed to her success in the Federal Government. She has turned her energy and passion to multifamily syndication and real estate investing in recent years. She is currently building a portfolio of commercial investments to create wealth for investors by transforming distressed and underperforming assets into desirable and profitable multi-family properties.
